The Sid Presley Experience

From their first TV Performance in  1985, you knew that they were going to be more than a short sharp shock,  Pete Coyne – Vocals, Kev Murphy – Drums, Chris Coyne – Bass, Del Bartle – Guitar,  did not follow the convention of the time, mixing Rock N Roll guitars with punk sentiment and attitude.

sspeThe band had stage presence from the first drum roll of “Hup Two Three Four”, dressing in sharp suits with sharper tongues they cut the teeth that would bark and bite in what was to become  The Godfathers.

With only two releases out in 1984 the band split in half, the Coyne Brothers forming The impressive Godfathers and Del Bartle and Murphy setting up The Unholy Trinity.
