The earliest incarnations of Punk music whether it was from the intro of a Ramones beat or the rage of a Pistols guitar, created a back drop of visual dissent and creativity to accompany the musical revolution. After the initial shock and disgust at the Queen’s nose piercing had subsided, the establishment gradually accepted the outrageous into the mainstream where now museums and High Streets depict those once perceived obscene visual displays as socially expectable.

Today there are still creative people prepared to push the boundaries of Punk Art, taking inspiration from those early revolutionary no boundary attitudes and we are looking to showcase some of those talents here at
